Back in March, we reached out to our fans for help making a music video about hand washing, an activity that has become front and center in all of our lives. Children and families from around the country sent in clips for the song "Washing Our Hands," which is now a single on our latest album, Children Of The World. With a funky rhythm and danceable groove, this pandemic era song aims to turn hand washing into a celebratory ritual. About The Album

Recorded during quarantine, Children of the World is a new album by MISTER G and the Global Citizen Ensemble. With collaborators from 14 countries, the album presents a global soundscape that offers new cultural perspectives to unite us all through the pandemic.

Children of the World features the voices of children who urge adults to take the pandemic seriously in “Put On That Mask” and “Washing Our Hands,” songs that serve as a pledge to care for one another by caring for ourselves.
